What a barony build usually covers
Scoped per hold — this is the shape of the work, not a fixed menu.
- Google Sheet as source of truth Roster, hours, coffer, storage, catalogue — whatever the barony actually runs.
- Branded hold website Your domain, dark rustic UI, phone-first steward tools (log gold, mark paid, check the week).
- Discord hooks Duty sync, weekly digests, slash commands — Phase 1 stubs or live bots, priced separately.
- Hosting & ops Sheets/Apps Script stay free to run; bots need a machine online — weekly hosting agreed up front.
- Own domain A real hold URL (like granitehill.org) needs a domain I register and renew — that costs me at least ~$8.50 USD / year out of pocket, separate from the septim quote for the build.
Typical Phase 1 (sheet + site, bots stubbed): from about 8,000 septims, half up front. Live Discord bots and weekly hosting are separate — same pattern as Granite Hill. If you want your own domain, budget the ~$8.50+/yr domain fee on top (I pay that in real money).
